Improving
the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate learning programs requires
evolving the venerable "university-style" instructional
model (centralized, classroom-based, lecture style) towards the newer "e-learning" or "blended-learning" instructional
model (decentralized, anytime-anywhere, individualized). This is not
an easy task, and companies that undertake it soon confront a frustrating
information gap. They need help evaluating existing programs, restructuring
and updating them, making them more efficient and effective, deciding
which
new services to buy and where to buy them, which services to create in
house and which tools to use, how much to pay, how to evaluate results,
and how to integrate learning into everyday company activities. Unfortunately,
the information landscape in workplace learning is vast and poorly organized.
There is no single source for comprehensive, authoritative, integrated,
independent, contextually specific information.
EDVISE PARTNERS will be that source.
